Code Blue / Code Blue Pro
Data Collection
Code Blue (iOS) and Code Blue Pro (Android) do not collect, transmit, or share any personal or user data. No data is ever sent from the app to Last Dojo Development, our servers, or any third party.
Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The app stores the following information locally on your device only, to support its core functionality:
- Code event logs (timestamps, events, medications, rhythms, shock counts, CPR cycles)
- Code details you enter (patient name, team leader, recorder, outcome, additional notes)
- User-customized lists (events, medications, rhythms)
- App preferences (theme, BPM setting, disclaimer acknowledgment)
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it (for example, via the TXT or CSV export feature, which uses your device’s native share sheet under your control).
Data Retention
All data stored by the app remains on your device indefinitely until you delete it. Last Dojo Development has no ability to access, view, retain, or delete your data, because no data is ever transmitted to us.
How to Delete Your Data
You have full control over your data at all times. You can delete it using any of the following methods:
- Delete individual code logs: Open the Log Viewer inside the app and swipe left on any log entry to delete it. This removes both the log details and associated event data from your device.
- Delete all app data: Uninstall the app from your device. On both iOS and Android, uninstalling removes all app data, including every saved code log, customized list, and preference.
- Clear app storage (Android): Go to Settings → Apps → Code Blue Pro → Storage → Clear Storage to remove all app data without uninstalling.
- Reset content (iOS): Delete the app and reinstall it to remove all stored data.
Because no data is transmitted off your device, there is no server-side data to request deletion of.
Data Security
All app data is stored using your device’s local storage, protected by your device’s built-in encryption and lock-screen security.
Children’s Privacy
This app is intended for use by healthcare professionals and emergency personnel only. It is not directed at children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL.
